After delivering the development brochure and the marketing suite install for Hopkins Homes at St George’s Park, Needham Market, Trident Marketing was asked to put together an Award Entry for the Oscars of the New Homes industry… the WhatHouse? Awards 2019. St George’s Park, Needham Market was chosen for the Best Regeneration Scheme.

The Trident team engaged in extensive research to briefly answer the award category criteria, including information about the technical challenges of transforming the recently active chalk quarry into the beautiful development which is well into its’ build programme and getting close to delivering 266 traditionally crafted 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom individually styled homes.

The entry was complimented with aerial drone photography and lifestyle images captured from the stunning show home that is nestled along the dramatic banking left by the quarry and approached by a majestic avenue of trees and landscaping.

The award entry and supplementary information was presented in a handmade Vivella slipcase containing a contrasting Gold Foiled Buckrum Presentation folder. We are thrilled to announce that the award entry lived up to its’ golden presentation in receiving the highly acclaimed Gold Award for The Best Regeneration Scheme.

The judges’ final comments were that “the whole scheme is of a quality that deserves to win gold.” Congratulations to Hopkins Homes on their fantastic achievement. We are very proud to be able to help showcase this award-winning scheme.
