BRANDING
The FSA was previously known as the FFMA, which stood for Funeral Furnishing Manufacturers’ Association. The company had grown to represent more than just coffin manufacturers, but actually the whole funeral industry from celebrants to vehicles and everything in between. We approached them with a full rebrand strategy, offering a new (and more inclusive) name, logo, colour palette and typography, concluding with how this new-and-improved branding would be applied to a website, stationery and more.
PRINT & DIGITAL
We went on to regularly produce both printed and digital assets for the FSA each month. This involves designing their members directory, certificates, email campaigns and adverts. We’ve also overseen any collateral required for their stand at the National Funeral Exhibition, including stand panels.
WEBSITE
We built a state-of-the-art website showcasing the new branding and providing a much better user experience. We brought key elements from the bottom of the site to the top, including log-in details and access to the members directory. We also took pride in the finer details, incorporating a subtle image of trees to emphasise the FSA’s sustainability focus.
