We are excited to offer a fantastic career opportunity for a multi-skilled content creator in an expanding, multi-disciplined design and marketing company based in the heart of Suffolk with clients throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on the wide range of services we offer to our valued clients, including social media and digital marketing.

We are looking for a highly creative, enthusiastic, hardworking photographer and videographer to join our in-house digital marketing team. You must be adept at turning those visual assets into compelling creative for social media and other digital outputs. You will have social media expertise, being able to distinguish between what works best on each platform for our clients.

The ideal candidate will:

• Exude creativity and enthusiasm
• Create compelling and engaging content
• Have a degree or extensive experience as a photographer/videographer
• Have experience in graphic design with a proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, or similar
• Have a real passion for optimising social media for business
• Work closely with the team, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support overall business goals and objectives
• Analyse social media metrics, track and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement, reach, and conversion
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, content creation, and user-generated content
• Have excellent customer relationship and communication skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have the ability to work to tight deadlines and display good time management
