We were approached by a private client, Geoff Wiltshire, who needed help with gaining planning permission for a very exciting project.

Geoff wanted to build a home for his daughter and husband on his land. Two static caravans currently occupied the area, and Geoff’s vision was a building similar to a barn conversion, which would sit nicely in the countryside setting. Geoff was recommended to have a CGI produced to support his application, and we are happy to say he found us, Trident Marketing.

We visited the site and took some drone photography to ensure that the CGI we produced would be accurate in its’ surroundings and guided Geoff in what he needed to supply regarding the materials he would be using. Geoff and his wife also visited us in our offices and consulted with his dedicated CGI artist, and he was delighted with the results.
