Our Recent Work
We are proud to present Trident Marketing’s portfolio of the recent work our creative team has produced for various clients across multiple sectors for different platforms.
WElink Homes – Witchford Brochure
Say hello to the future of housing! We are delighted to be working alongside WElink homes, an innovative UK developer off-site manufacturer of high-quality energy-efficient homes.
Our team were able to create the brochure for their first ever development – Woodland’s chase in Witchford, Ely. We pride ourselves on being able to provide full marketing packages all under one roof, and our whole in-house team worked together to create the copy, graphic design, floor plans, site plans, external and internal CGIs and the photography for this brochure and look forward to working with WElink on their future developments.
Mauldons Brewery – Packaging
Raise a glass!
We love this packaging we had the opportunity to design for Mauldon’s brewery. Available in three different sizes. Our design team set up artwork according to brand guidelines incorporating bespoke graphics and a QR code that links directly to their website.
Mauldon’s brewery is Suffolk’s oldest brewery; this family-run business has recently celebrated 255 years of brewing!
GHR Construction – Brochure
GHR Construction are a main contractor that specialises in both design and build and traditional build schemes.
We were delighted to work alongside them designing and producing this 28pp brochure. We are very proud of our creative team, who took part in the design, photography and copywriting for this beautiful brochure. The brochure included information about GHR, their value, principles and commitments and their recent projects. With a 4pp cover printed on a 350gsm silk, this brochure has 24pp text pages printed on a 170gsm, a soft touch laminate applied to the front and back cover and spot UV on the cover images.
RAK Ceramics – Brochure
We love working with RAK ceramics to produce their yearly brochure. The most recent two (The bathroom brochure and the tile brochure) feature the stylish, minimalistic, and high-quality design consistent with all previous brochures our team have crafted for them. Our designers included colour-coded dividers and page tabs for each section that stand out against the monochromatic branding for easier readability.
RAK ceramics is a lifestyle brand that specialises in ceramic, gres porcelain walls, floors, countertop tiles and sanitaryware.
Burgess Homes – CGI
Our CGI’s set our clients above the competition with their photorealism and attention to detail.
Our in-house creative team recently created this scene for Burgess Homes’ development, transforming the DWG files into images that will excite potential buyers.
Burgess Homes are a family-run Suffolk-based house building company.
WElink Homes – Internal CGI’s
Our talented CGI artists recently created this photorealistic internal CGI for WElink’s upcoming developments. This interior photomontage consisted of images our photographer had taken of their show home combined with computer-generated imagery to create each space and all the furniture. Using VrayMtlWrapper, they then simulated the lighting, reflection and shadows and adjusted the balance and brightness levels.
WElink homes is a highly scalable, vertically integrated and innovative UK developer of sustainable homes that are already performing in line with Future Homes Standards.
Denbury Homes – Signage
A keyway of attracting interest to a new housing development is eye-catching signage and hoarding. Our designers have used Denbury Homes brand guidelines rice wine and gold colourways to create these signs for their new development coming soon in Laxfield. The signage shown here uses mock-ups also created in-house.
Denbury Homes is a renowned real estate developer across East Anglia, they were known as Hopkins & Moore for over 35 years, and with the new name they continue to provide homes to the same exceptional standards.
The Mews – Brochure
This hardback, foiled brochure, created for Laragh homes with a minimalistic design and sophisticated colour scheme, features a typographic logo, photography, copy and floor plans, all created in-house by our team of experienced specialists.
The Mews, Cambridge, is a unique development of 17 sustainable two, three and four-bedroom homes close to the city centre.
Trident Marketing – Office Refresh
We are super excited to unveil the fresh new look of our offices. Designed in-house by our creative team, we’ve injected personality into our workspace with fun and bold new graphics.
Using adhesive vinyl, we have added splashes of colour to the walls to represent different moods and atmospheres and graphics representative of the person’s job title at that desk.
Can you spot the words hidden in our copywriter’s desk space?
Laragh Homes – Nine Brochure
Our latest brochure for Laragh homes was a combination of two concepts resulting in a sleek and eye-catching piece. Featuring coloured page edging, a UV shine textured cover and high GSM paper, this brochure oozes the personality of Cambridge through the colour choices, imagery and graphics used. Our designers think of every detail, and their meticulous design even includes bikes, and the number of seats they have is representative of the number of bedrooms each apartment has.
NINE is an enticing collection of 5 one-bedroom apartments, 2 two-bedroom apartments and 2 three-bedroom apartments in the heart of Cambridge.
Swift Exchange – Website
We were delighted with the opportunity to create this bespoke website for a brand-new property sales progression company, Swift Exchange, that will be trading from this year.
Inspired by the brand guidelines and style and the brochure design we created for them, our in-house designers and web development team crafted this slick website to appeal to London-based clients.
Manor Lane – Brochure
Our creative in-house team produced this striking brochure for Weston Homes’ new development in Feltham.
Manor Lane is an exciting new collection of 83 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes located just a short walk from Feltham station. The bespoke design was inspired by this, with the logo and brochure cover representing train lines.
This brochure features photographs taken by our photographer and copy describing the development and area, written by our copywriter.
Our graphic designers have worked exceptionally hard on the design of this brochure, ensuring the branding is continued throughout.
Trident Marketing – Business Cards
The future of Business Cards!
We are so excited to unveil our latest business cards. These metallic cards were designed in-house, featuring a sophisticated design, engraving and a QR code that provides people with instant access to our website and automatically adds us as a contact on any mobile that scans it.
Having one copy of a business card that can be scanned by anyone you come into contact with reduces the chances of them getting lost and is also a much more eco-friendlier option.
We believe the high-quality and sleek print finish of this product combined with the technology used gives a great first impression, and we look forward to creating more like these for our clients.
Bradnam Joinery – Brochure
We were delighted to work alongside our client, Bradnam Joinery, with the design and production of their new company brochure.
This brochure included a 6pp cover (throw-out), with a soft-touch laminate to the outer cover, and it was thread sewn.
Based in Suffolk, Bradnam Joinery is renowned for their traditional hand-built high-quality coffins and caskets.
Weston Homes – Gun Hill Park CGIs
Using CGI for housing developments means that potential customers can visualise what the site will look like before completion resulting in them being sold earlier.
Our in-house experts created this CGI scene for Weston Homes’ Gun Hill Park. They transform the architectural plans into photorealistic CGI’s using 3DS Mac, Vray, Forest Pack and Railclone. For post-production Adobe Photoshop is used to adjust the balance and After Effects for animation.
Sophie’s Stars – Website & Branding
We were delighted to be awarded the job of helping build the brand of Sophie’s Stars. Sophie’s Stars is a charity that provides support to family members and loved ones of people with cancer. We helped our client with the creation of a new website, brand guidelines and logo design.
This project included building a simple, easy to use layout and online forum so that anyone can join the community and supportive group of Sophie’s Stars when they wish. We communicated with our web developers, designers and client to ensure that we fulfilled all elements of the brief, and that the customer journey was smooth.
