Victoria Central – Brochure
Victoria Central is an impressive development from Weston Homes of 217 luxurious one, two and three-bedroom apartments located in the heart of Southend-on-Sea.
We provided a complete marketing strategy, including creating the brand and site name, full design and production of the brochure, and all advertising, including print and digital.
The image and CGI led brochure design emanates the same high quality as the apartments with a 6pp outer cover, matt laminate, metallic silver foiled logo and UV spot images throughout.
