It’s important for housing developments to have an identity. The branding needs to be appealing and engaging, whilst connecting with its surroundings and the local community. Put simply, it needs to make people want to live there. Before Weston Homes even begin to build, we produce five or so concepts for them to choose from – taking inspiration from the location and legacy of the site. We create brand guidelines and animate the logo for digital use.


Once the development branding is good to go, we’re able to implement it onto a range of print marketing tools. We design adverts, flyers, lanyards, business cards, signage and more. We also create digital assets, including social media graphics for each development and videos for LED advertising boards at venues such as The Weston Homes Stadium for Peterborough United FC.


For each development, we create a brochure. These can range in dimensions, paper type and pagination, but the fundamental principle remains the same – to create a desirable, sales-generating marketing tool. We carry out research on the local area, produce captivating copy, create first-class CGIs (more on those later) and develop the floorplan images, all with the would-be buyer in mind.

When a development isn’t complete, CGIs are essential for the consumer to visualise living there. We produce computer-generated images in-house, primarily using them to bring brochures to life with external and internal mock-ups that look entirely realistic. We also provide said imagery to Weston Homes for use in any listings and offer interactive CGIs, allowing the user to ‘move’ around the home.


Developments aside, we produce anything Weston Homes requires for their day-to-day. This ranges from business cards to adverts and everything in between. For many years now, Weston Homes has hosted an annual Golf Day for St Clare Hospice, and we take great pleasure in designing the programme and other promotional elements that are needed for the day – including branded golf balls!
