Property Marketing - The Signals

We started working with award-winning property developers Bennett Homes in 2014 and were asked to create a visual identity that would be used across many advertising platforms such as a brochure, newspaper adverts, signage and online for a new housing site in Watton, Norfolk. We proposed a range of three concepts for the company to choose from and showed how these designs would work across a variety of media platforms. The range of concepts differed from photo-led covers to logo based designs.

A dark brochure with iconic logo was chosen as the final design. The inspiration for the chosen logo reflects its beginnings as an RAF signals base. A stag featured on the original RAF emblem and its iconic antlers have been used in this new design. We took new photography of the local area as well as Bennett Homes’ previous developments. The brochure was kept uncluttered and contemporary with this styling continued throughout. Large photos dominated the page highlighting attractions in the local area.

For this project we created all 22 CGI’s that were used within the brochure representing the different house types featured in the development. We created all floorplans for the brochure and showed these as furnished homes to allow the buyer to visualise the usable space more easily. 4000 brochures were printed and bound with a pocket and throwout page featured, the brochures have 350gsm silk covers and 170gsm inner pages. The client was delighted with the end result and we have gone on to work with them on several other projects since completing The Signals.
