Property Marketing - Preston Hall
We were asked by one of our clients to rejuvenate an existing property development identity. The grand Preston Hall was being converted into luxury apartments and we were asked to design a brochure, adverts and bespoke signage with the new branding.
The identity had to adhere to the characteristics of the building. Grandiose in style and feel; the design had to reflect its unique heritage. It was decided that two identities would be presented to the client, both were envisaged with a foil block on the logo to add a sense of luxury. Detailed planning went into the layout of the brochure as the development consisted of 36 apartment types many with complex floor plan arrangements including some over two floors, some with mezzanine balconies while others had turrets and basements. A document was created compiling over 60 pages of copy and an entire box of archived imagery. Our copywriters went to work condensing this into a palatable form being carfeul not to miss any signifcant events which would be of interest to the buyer. When developing the adverts and signage, we were mindful not to overwhelm the purchaser with historical content making sure that the advert messages contained an equal distribution between heritage and modernisation.
This project encompasses many of the different and specialist services we offer and is a prime example of how site branding should work from the rejuvination of an existing logo concept through to a concise and considered brochure, advertisement campaign and external signage. We utilised our extensive knowledge of each production process from design to lithographic printing and specialist copyrighting through to the latest signage materials and production methods ensuring we met our clients brief and requirements perfectly.
