Property Marketing - Precision
We have recently just completed a major landmark project for Weston Homes and their prestigious London development, Precision. We were involved in the project from the very beginning and organised the complete marketing strategy including the creation of the brand, the naming of the site and logo generation, all research about the area including the site’s historical past, design and production of the sales brochure, photography, computer generated image creation, location filming and motion graphics, advertising and sales exhibitions both in the UK and Asia to generate potential buyers and increase off-plan sales.
The name Precision was selected for its link to the area and the precision of the Greenwich Mean Time and the brand was created around this using the iconic skyline of Greenwich and Canary Wharf. The brochure itself was a 100 page document collating the in-depth research, creative photography, computer generated images, site plans and floor plans all created in-house at Trident Marketing.
The result is a stunning brochure printed onto 170gsm silk paper with a 350gsm silk cover which was then matt laminated, sewn thread and bound. The brochure was further enhanced using spot UV and a pearlescent spot UV to the logo on the cover giving it a metallic quality. Due to a comprehensive advertising approach all three exhibition launches across the UK and Asia were well attended and generated a large amount of interest and awareness of the development. Our client was extremely happy with our performance over the months spent on this project and we are extremely pleased with the results.
